Vania Miller is a trauma-informed consultant. She has a depth of experience in the many skills necessary to successfully implement evidence-based behavior change in leadership, departments and organization. She is experienced in team leadership and management, program design, and innovative partnership development in the non-profit sector. She leads by emphasizing positive team dynamics, driving innovation, and advocating for equitable and supportive workplace environments.
